Spider Communications provides Hotels with high speed Internet connections to individual guest rooms, conference rooms, and public areas together with a fully managed 24 x 7 support service.

Service is delivered by one or a combination of:

• Existing telephone cable can be used by utilising new technologies to provide a true triple play solution delivering telephone service, Broadband and IPTV without any additional cabling.
• Wireless technology provides Internet access to guests who are within range of a wireless access point. Multiple access points located throughout the hotel will enable guests to a full wireless network providing total freedom of movement.
• Traditional CAT5 cabling installed throughout the hotel provides a fixed high speed link to each room.
